There was improper installation of previous installed house wrap, improper flashing install, no flashing where there should be and major window flange cracks that likely occurred when the previous contractor installed it. On the re-install, they paid great attention to detail from sheathing replacement, proper flashing, duel layers of house wrap, applying the cultured stone and cedar shake install. We highly recommend Jack Anfilofieff of Hometegrity for home construction repair and painting. We hired him to paint the exterior of our Oregon City home. Jack promptly responded to our call and clearly communicated how he intended to paint our house. The exterior painting of the house was finished beautifully. For example, painting the front door proved challenging due to unique door design and materials characteristics.
